Colorpik Pen and/or any mobile application which facilitates access to the Colorpik Pen website (together, “the website”, “we” or “us”) is owned and operated by Colorpik Inc, a company registered and operating from San Francisco, California, United States of America.

Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you are advised not to continue using this website any longer. Colorpik may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the same on the website. You agree to review this document periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the website shall be deemed as a conclusive acceptance of such modified terms and conditions.

WARRANTY

1. Limited Warranty:
Colorpik warrants this pen against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Should your pen fail due to a manufacturing defect within this period, Colorpik will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any non-quality-related reason (e.g., color preference, change of mind), you may return it in its original, unused condition with packaging and receipt within thirty (30) days of delivery. For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection.

3. Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading).
  • Loss of the pen.
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers.

4. How to Claim:
Contact Colorpik Support or distributor with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. For warranty claims, we may require return of the defective item.

5. Limitation of Liability:
THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. COLORPIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
